Description

Duane Allman,  The Warehouse, New Orleans   September 16, 1971

Duane starting off with Statesboro Blues at The Warehouse in New Orleans.  The Allman Brothers played The Warehouse more than any other band, effectively becoming the ‘house band’ at the venue.  The band loved The Warehouse and the New Orleans audience loved the Allman Brothers.  In fact, prior to the recording of Live At Fillmore East, there had been some discussion as to recording the live album at the New Orleans venue.
