In 2019, the Allman Betts Band, featuring Devon Allman, Duane Betts, and Berry Duane Oakley hit the road across the USA.  I caught up with them on Friday April 26,2019 during their show at the House of Blues in New Orleans. All three sons of the fathers are remarkable men in their own right. I shared a story with Berry Jr. about how his dad was the first member of the original ABB who ever spoke to me. I suggested to Duane Betts that he choose me as his wedding photographer since I played that roll for his dad back in 1973. And Devon assured me that the photo I took of his parents together is displayed proudly at home.  (Page 243-B)
